Polyester mesh has the advantages of solvent resistance, high temperature resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance. When the pressure from the outside is high, the polyester mesh has stable physical properties and low stretchability. The disadvantage is that it has poor abrasion resistance compared with nylon wire mesh. In addition to the advantages of nylon screen printing, polyester mesh is also suitable for printed circuit boards that require printing dimensional accuracy.
Stainless steel mesh: it is made of stainless steel. The stainless steel screen is characterized by good wear resistance, high strength and low technical elongation. Due to the thin wire diameter, the ink passing performance is good, the mechanical and chemical properties of the screen are stable, and the dimensional accuracy is stable. Its insufficient elasticity is poor, and the price is high. The screen cannot be restored after being stretched. Stainless steel screens are suitable for high-precision printing such as substrates and integrated circuits.
